Crested Butte Mountain Heritage Museum Fundraiser Event – “Let ’em Run – The Great Race of 1886”
Reader’s Theatre production of “Let ’em Run – The Great Race of 1886” a play written about Al Johnson by local playwright Michael Callihan. This lively, and mostly historical, play about the story of legendary skiing mail carrier Al Johnson was written by local playwright Michael Callihan. Featuring an all-star cast! This event is a fundraiser for the museum and there will be a Silent Auction to benefit the Crested Butte Avalanche Center.

42nd Annual Al Johnson Uphill – Downhill Telemark Ski Race
The “AJ” is quintessential Crested Butte: costumes, telemark skiing, extreme terrain, and lots of fun! Proceeds benefit the Crested Butte Avalanche Center.

KT Tunstall for Spring Concert Ski Town Breakdown
Skiing, springtime and music go hand in hand at Crested Butte Mountain Resort, as it hosts its annual FREE Ski Town Breakdown spring concert. This year’s show will feature singer-songwriter KT Tunstall live at the resort, with local artists Casey Mae and Tyler Lucas, as the opening act. Enjoy a day on the slopes, then swing by for libations and KT’s infectious tunes that are sure to wow the crowd with her positive energy and spirit in the Colorado sunshine.

Streif: One Hell of a Ride Crested Butte Film Festival
Warren Miller teams up with Red Bull Media House to present the thrilling, dangerous, downhill ski racing film, Streif: One Hell Of A Ride. Streif is a ninety-eight minute documentary that follows racers for twelve months as they prepare for the ride of their lives on the famous Streif race course in Kitzbühel, Austria. Co-sponsored by Crested Butte Snowsports Foundation. Tickets are $15, are available at cbfilmfest.org and at the Center for the Arts, and are going fast.
